Our Founder
Hi, my name is Landi M. Eskridge, and I am the proud founder of Everything KIDZ Foundation LLC.
I hold a degree in business, and learning has always been my first passion. Working with children is my second—and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to combine the two in a meaningful way through this program.
I am a mother of four—three adult children and one school-age child—and have also opened my home to foster children, providing consistent care and support over several years. My experience includes working as a social worker in Johnson County, Indiana, along with over 15 years in retail management, where I developed strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
As a Christian woman, I am guided by faith, purpose, and a deep commitment to making a positive impact in my community. Helping children and families succeed is not just what I do—it’s what drives me.
Our Lead Teacher
Christina Moss, affectionately known as Ms. Chris, was born and raised in Illinois and now resides in Indianapolis, Indiana. A devoted mother of two and proud grandmother of seven, she has always kept family at the heart of her life.
Ms. Chris has had a passion for caring for children since her early years, beginning with babysitting as a grade school student. That early sense of responsibility grew into a lifelong calling. Today, she works in a daycare setting, where she nurtures and educates children from infancy through age five. Her work is driven by patience, compassion, and a genuine love for helping young minds grow and thrive.
Through decades of caregiving, both in her own family and professionally, Ms. Chris has become a trusted and nurturing presence in the lives of many children. She takes pride in creating a safe, supportive, and joyful environment where every child can learn, develop, and feel valued.
Our Foundation
Everything KIDZ Foundation is an established licensed foster home, licensed childcare home, and a growing private preschool program proudly serving families in Franklin. We provide a nurturing, structured environment where children can learn, play, and feel at home while you manage your day-to-day responsibilities.
We strive to be your child’s home away from home—a place where they feel safe, supported, and encouraged to grow.
At Everything KIDZ Foundation, we intentionally model and teach essential values that support healthy development, including honesty, respect, accountability, sharing, love, perseverance, courage, confidence, self-esteem, and the importance of family. While these values may seem advanced for young children, we introduce them in age-appropriate ways through daily interactions, guidance, and positive reinforcement.
Our approach focuses on building a strong foundation early in life—helping children develop the social, emotional, and behavioral skills they need to succeed not only in school, but in life.
